Veena Kapadia, of Warren, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in Somerset. She was 75.
Born in Bombay India, she came to the United States in 1971. She resided in Livingston before moving to Warren 35 years ago.
Veena loved reading, taking care of her houseplants and enjoyed crocheting. She was known for her sweet smile and for entertaining family and friends.
She's predeceased by her parents Champaklal and Snehlata (Panjawala) Laliwala, her brother Indu and her sister Ela.
Surviving is her husband of 52 years, Dr. Bhupendra Kapadia; her daughter and son-in-law Smiti and Akshay Nadkarni; her granddaughters Sajni and Kavya; and her sisters Poonam Shah of Baroda India and Niru Mehta of Ajmer India.
Pooja services will be held on Thursday, December 8th, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm at Franklin Memorial Park, Rt. 27 & Cozzens Lane, North Brunswick. Arrangements are by The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown. You may sign the online condolence "guestbook" at www.crabiel.com
