Thomas F Ward, Jr.

Thomas F. Ward Jr., formerly of Ringoes, passed away Saturday, June 7 2025 at Ocean County Medical Center in Brick. He was 82 years old. Born in Mt. Holly NJ, he was raised in Moorestown. He lived in Ringoes for 35 years, before moving to Lavallette six years ago.

Tom had a range of interests and jobs through the years. He retired as a salesman in 2008 from Distribution One in Mt. Laurel. He currently operated RR Marine Sales LLC. Previously, he was a salesman for Prophet 21 in Yardley PA. He was also a former Civilian Firefighter for the Navy Yard in Philadelphia and owner of Travel Tours in Trenton

Tom was a volunteer fireman for Amwell Valley Fire Company. He loved his ham radio and was a member of the American Radio Relay League. He had several hobbies which included boating and fishing. He was a jack of all trades and enjoyed fixing old cars and boats. Tom was a diehard Philadelphia Eagles fan.

He was predeceased by his parents Thomas F. Ward Sr. and Dorothy (Nichols) Ward, and his siblings Kenneth Ward and Judy Todd.

Surviving are his loving wife of 45 years, Kathleen (Potter) Ward; his son Larry Ward (Donna) of Lakewood Ranch FL; his grandsons Anthony and Adam, and several nieces and nephews.

A Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, January 12th, from 10:00 am -12:00 pm at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown. A Funeral Service will be held at 12 noon at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Van Liew Cemetery in North Brunswick.
