Thomas F. Murray, Jr.

April 16, 1938 — November 1, 2021

Thomas F. Murray, Jr., of East Brunswick, passed away Monday, November 1, 2021 at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Old Bridge. He was 83.

Born in Washington DC, he lived in Clinton – Annandale area and New Brunswick, before moving to East Brunswick in 1969. He was an electrician and 50 year member with the IBEW 456 in North Brunswick.

Tom served in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 25 and a member of the VFW Clark Moetz Post 2319, both in Milltown

He enjoyed traveling with his late wife Eloise, fishing and fine dining. Tom was a member of the New Brunswick Elks and the Princeton Masonic Lodge.

He's predeceased by his wife Eloise (Porter) Murray (d. July, 2021).

Surviving is his sons and daughter-in-laws, Kevin P. and Jeanmarie Murray of Asbury, and Brian T. and Mary Murray of East Brunswick; and his grandchildren Devlin Michele and her husband Joe, and Thomas Brian.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021, from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm, at the American Legion Post 25, JFK Drive, Milltown. Arrangements are by The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to either the American Legion Post 25, VFW Post 2319 in Milltown or VFW Post 133 in East Brunswick You may sign the online condolence "guestbook" at www.crabiel.com
