Sami Boutros, of South Amboy, passed away Monday, June 18, 2018. He was 46.
Born in Kuwait City, Kuwait, he came to the United States in 1989 and resided in Somerset before moving to South Amboy in 2008.
Sami owned Crossroad Motors in Manville for the past 5 years. He loved sports, especially the Giants and New York Knicks. He also enjoyed listening to music.
Sami had an infectious smile that lit up any room. A heart of gold that cared for and loved those around him. Sami was a kind soul that gave back and helped everyone that called on him. A rare soul that touched those lucky enough to cross his path.
Surviving are his beloved parents Saadallah and Juilette (Halabi) Boutros of Lebanon, and his brother Hani Boutros of South Amboy.
A Mass will be held on Saturday, June 23rd, 10:00 am at St. Sharbel Maronite Catholic Church, Easton Ave, Somerset. Burial will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery in New Brunswick. Friends and relatives may call on Friday from 4:00 – 8:00 pm at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St-at Riva Avenue, Milltown.
