Saadallah Elias Boutros, of South Amboy, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 in Jordan. He was 77.
Born in Qana, Lebanon, he lived in Kuwait before coming to the United States in 1990. He resided in South Brunswick, North Brunswick and Somerset before moving to South Amboy 10 years ago.
Saadallah was an account controller for Kuwait National Petroleum Co. for 27 years. He most recently owned Sunoco Gas Station in Somerville, until retiring in 2009.
He enjoyed fishing, barbequing and walking on the beach.
He's predeceased by his son Sami Boutros (d. 2018), his brother Khairallah and his parents Elias and Mariam Boutros.
Surviving is his beloved wife Juilette (Halabi) Boutros; his son Hani Boutros of South Amboy; his brothers Shukralla and Rizkallah of Lebanon, Abballah of Kuwait and Atallah of Lebanon; his sisters Wardeh of Canada and Wadiha of Lebanon.
Graveside services will be Saturday, January 16th, 10:30 am at St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick, with Abouna Simon El Hajj officiating. Arrangements are by The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St-at Riva Avenue, Milltown. You may sign the online condolence "guestbook" at www.crabiel.com
