Richard Kallay

Richard E. Kallay, formally of Throop, PA passed away on February 14, 2022, at Raritan Bay Hospital. He would have been 88 on 2/17/2022, three days later.
He lived in Milltown 54 years before passing.
Richard was a Chemical Engineer and Dept. Head at Bristol-Myers Squibb. He was past President of the Milltown Senior Citizen Club and enjoyed bowling, Nascar Racing and Western Square Dancing.
He has a sister, Kathleen Ruby from Jefferson Township, PA and Brother- In- Law, Felix Kalinowski from Throop, PA, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his sister, Rosalie Kalinoski and a brother Edmund Kallay, both of Throop, Pennsylvania.
Surviving is his wife, Ruth C. Kallay, daughter, BrendaLee C. Loniewski of Brielle, NJ and son William J. Garthe of Dayton, NJ.
He has 3 Grandsons: David Jr., and wife Andrea and their children, David III, Nicholas, Andrew and Christopher; Gregory and Cindy and their son Maxwell; Bryan and Dawn and their children, Camryn, Jayce, Mya, Nevya, Traxyn, Zylas and Dazby.
Friends and relatives may come to pay their respects at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N. Main Street at Riva Ave, Milltown from 5PM to 8PM on Monday February 21st. Burial will be in Throop, Pennsylvania on a later date. You may sign the online guest book www.crabiel.com.
