Richard R. Farparan, formerly of South River, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019. He was 58. Born in Newark, he lived in South River and Midway Park, NC before moving to Edison this past year.
Ricky was a cook for Onwasa Memorial Hospital in North Carolina. He was a 3rd degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus Council 9199 at Our Lady of Peace in Fords. He enjoyed cooking and watching all football, especially the Giants.
Ricky loved his cats Sammy, Willy, Jessica and Melissa, and his dogs Jack and Jill.
He's predeceased by his parents Louis and Dorothy Farparan; his son Richard W. Farparan; and his sister Donna Vargas.
Surviving is his sister and brother-in-law Christine and Jim Burke, and their daughter Colleen, of Edison; his brothers Louis Farparan of Florida; John Farparan of Freehold and Steven Farparan of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
