Purvani B Patel

Purvani B. Patel, of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away on May 30, 2026. She was 41 years old. Born in Plainfield, she was raised in Piscataway.

She worked in finance for many years, most recently at UBS Bank. She enjoyed cooking and traveling. She loved her family, friends, and her beloved pup Leo dearly.

Purvani loved hosting barbecues. She was an energetic, lively soul who loved fiercely and truly. She had a gift for making others feel capable of achieving any goal and encouraged them to enjoy all that life offers, whether it was a quiet night with friends at home or a day spent shopping for the finest new handbags. Her enthusiasm for savoring every moment never wavered.

She is predeceased by her brother Shonak Patel (d. 2024).

Surviving are her parents, Bhupendra R. and Leena Patel of Piscataway, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
