Purshottam C. Patel, of South Brunswick, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020 at home. He was 83.
Born in Kunjarao, India, he came to the United States in 1987. He's lived in South Brunswick for the past 15 years.
While living in India, Purshottam was a farmer. After arriving in the United States he worked for a family hotel business. He enjoyed gardening and being with his family.
Purshottam is predeceased by his sisters.
Surviving is his wife Shantaben Patel; his sons and daughters-in-law Bharat & Rekha Patel of South Brunswick, and Ashwin & Mita Patel of Marion, Illinois; his sisters Vimlaben of Auburn, NY and Shardaben in India; four grandchildren Jay, Tithi, Shyama & Parth and two great grandchildren Maya & Yashovini.
Pooja and visitation will be private on Tuesday, June 9th, at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St-at Riva Avenue, Milltown. Cremation will take place at Buck's County Crematory in Levittown, Pa. You may sign the online obituary "guestbook" at www.crabiel.com
