Mohanbhai K. Patel, of Edison, passed away Wednesday September 4, 2019, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. He was 80.
Born in Surnivag Gujarat, India, Mohanbhai spent most of his life in India. He started his own bicycle shop where he sold and repaired bicycles.
Mohanbhai eventually moved to the United States in 2003, residing in Edison. He was a member of BAPS in Edison.
He loved to help anyone that needed help. He prided himself on being family oriented.
Surviving is his wife Savita Patel; his three sons Yogesh Patel of India, and Navnit and Hasmukh Patel of Somerset; and his four grandchildren Khushi, Trith, Varvni and Nitya.
Visitation and Pooja services will be held on Saturday, from 9:00 – 11:00 am at Franklin Memorial Park, Cozzens Lane & Rt. 27, North Brunswick.
Arrangements are entrusted to The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown. You may sign the online condolence "guestbook" at www.crabiel.com.
