Michael Yakabowsky Jr., of Edison, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at Embassy Manor in Edison. He was 68 years old. Born in New Brunswick and raised in New Brunswick, he lived in Old Bridge and South River, before moving to Edison 47 years ago.
Michael worked for Ford Motor Co in Edison before retiring. He loved baseball and fishing.
He is predeceased by his parents, Michael Yakabowsky Sr. and Alice J. (Lavoie) Yakabowsky.
Surviving is his sister Susan Yakabowsky of Edison and his cousin Emina Ahmed.
Services will be private. Arrangements are by The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown. You may sign the online condolence “guestbook” at www.crabiel.com
