Marion "Joyce" Early

Marion "Joyce" Early, 77, a beloved soul who touched the lives of many, sadly passed away on April 24, 2024. Born and raised in New Brunswick, Joyce lived in East Brunswick before moving to North Brunswick where she lived for 37 years. She started her career in Human Resources at Squibb Corporation before stepping away to raise her daughters. She returned to work at the NJ State Bar Association where she spent the rest of her career before retiring.

Joyce lived a life filled with hope, kindness, and compassion. She cherished her role as a loving mother. She found solace and joy in simple pleasures such as reading, drawing, solving crossword puzzles, soaking in the sun at the beach, and spending time with her friends and family. Her positive outlook on life was infectious. Faith played an important role in Joyce’s life and she was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church in North Brunswick.

She is predeceased by her parents Robert and Mary (Lasin) Newberg, sister Gail Newberg, and husband Ronald Early. Surviving are her daughters Jessica Early (Dan Bender) of Medford, MA and Amanda Erwin (Mike) of Milltown, NJ; granddaughter Brooke Erwin; sister-in-law Janice Early; many nieces and nephews; and grand-dogs Charmaine and Coco.

A visitation to honor Joyce’s life will be held on Sunday, April 28th from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at The Crabiel Home For Funerals in Milltown. A funeral service will take place on Monday, April 29th at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church in Milltown followed by interment at Holy Cross Burial Park in Jamesburg at 11:30 AM.
