Marcia Cohen

Marcia Cohen, of Monroe Twp., passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at Mira Vie Foresgate in Monroe Twp. She was 86 years old. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she lived in Fords and Delray Beach Florida, before moving to Monroe Twp. 7 years ago.

She worked for Publix in Delray Beach, before retiring in 2008. Previously, she was a saleslady for Canadians and Parisianne, both in Woodbridge Center Mall.

Marcia was very fashionable. She was known for her fashion and design sense and her big glasses. She loved dancing and going out with friends to parties. She collected antiques and enjoyed going to thrift stores, where she would turn items into fashion statements.

She is predeceased by her husband Stanley Cohen (d. 2010) and her parents Abraham and Mary (Cornweiss) Germaine.

Surviving is her loving daughter Francine Cohen (Steve Nagel) of Monroe Twp. and her grandsons David Pasmanik of Arlington VA and Aaron Pasmanik of Oakhurst NJ.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, July 12th, 10:30 am, at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge. Arrangements are by The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown. You may sign the online condolence “guestbook” at www.crabiel.com
