Madhukar B. Oza

Madhukar B. Oza, of Hazlet, passed away Friday, July 6, 2018, at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. He was 85.

Born in Bombay, India, he came to the United States in 1972. He resided in North Bergen, before moving to Hazlet in 1977.

Mr. Oza was a certified public accountant. He started his own practice, M. B. Oza CPA in Hazlet, many years ago, before retiring. He was a member of the American Institute of CPA.

Mr. Oza was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. A very spiritual person, he was a member of BAPS.

Surviving is his wife Sudha M. Oza; his sons Jay M. Oza of Hazlet and Rohit M. Oza of Watchung; his daughter Khyati Oza Bhatt of Windermere, FL; his brothers Anil B. Oza and Harish B. Oza of Edison and Ashtosh B. Oza of Milwaukee, WI; his sisters Ila V. Oza of Mumbai, India and Lata B. Oza of Ahmedabad, India; and his 8 grandchildren – Sanjay, Janak and Deena A. Bhatt, Gopi and Hersh J. Oza, and Trishali, Ishani and Shiv R. Oza.

Pooja services will be Monday, July 9th, from 9:00 – 11:00 am at Franklin Memorial Park, Cozzens Lane & Rt. 27, North Brunswick, NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made by check in Madhukar B. Oza's name to BAPS Charities, 2500 Woodbridge Avenue, Edison, NJ 08817, Attn: Himanshu Patel
