Joseph A. Episcopo passed away on July 30,2022 at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, at the age of 93. Born in Brooklyn NY. He lived most of his younger life in Brooklyn New York, until he married his wife Barbara where they lived for a brief period in Staten Island and then moved to East Brunswick NJ over 40 years ago.
Joseph served his country with honor in the Korean War. After the war he became a Graphic Artist which he had a passion for and continued with his career until retiring.
Joseph loved his New York Giants and gardening. He and his wife enjoyed traveling. He was also a member of the Korean War Vet's in Monroe Twp. NJ as well as the American Legion Post 25 in Milltown and the V.F.W. in East Brunswick.
Joseph was pre-deceased by his parents Salvatore Episcopo and Josephine Minera Episcopo. He is also pre-deceased by his brothers Michael, Nicholas, Philip, Salvatore and his sister Grace Drawert.
Survivors are his wife Barbara Molnar Episcopo, his sister Delia McDaid and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a viewing on Friday August 5th from 9:00-11:00 am at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N. Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown NJ 08850. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 am, at Our of Lourdes RC Church in Milltown. Burial will be at Holy Cross Burial Park in East Brunswick.
