Joan M. Morris, of Milltown, passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at St. Peter's Hospital in New Brunswick.
Two days later on Thursday, August 10, 2017, her husband Jeffrey E. Morris, of Milltown, passed away in the same hospital.
Joan was 70. Born in Hazelton PA, and raised in Manville, she lived in Milltown for the past 40 years.
She had been working as a Senior Records Clerk for Rutgers University in Piscataway for the past 19 years. Previously, she worked for Family Prescriptions in Milltown.
She was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church in Milltown. She enjoyed gardening, shopping with her daughters, reading books, and watching movies. She especially loved spending time with her grandsons.
She's predeceased by her parents Charles and Mary (Verba) Kistulentz.
Jeff was 69. Born in New Brunswick, he lived in Milltown all of his life.
He was Northeast District Manager for McNichols Co. in Tampa, FL, before retiring. Previously he was a plant manager for Mundt Perforations in South Plainfield.
He was Vice President of Steel Service Center Institute and a proud NRA member.
An overall handyman, he especially enjoyed photography, woodworking, guns and knives, and working on cars.
He's predeceased by his parents Elwood and Evelyn (Crabiel) Morris.
Surviving Joan and Jeff are their daughters – Melissa Morris Inoa and her husband Jonathan, and Alison Malouf and her husband Richard; Joan's sister Cynthia Cvecich; Joan's brother Daniel Kistulentz; and their three beloved grandsons, Richard Anthony Malouf III, Brandon Jeffrey Malouf, and Jonah Elison Morris Inoa.
Friends and relatives may pay their respects to the family on Saturday, August 19th, from 11:00 – 2:00 pm, at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St-at Riva Avenue, Milltown.
