James E. Calantoni, of North Brunswick, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2017, at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, New Brunswick. He was 66. Born in New Brunswick, he lived most of his life in Milltown, before moving to North Brunswick in 2002.
Jim served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He worked for Bristol Myers Squibb in New Brunswick before retiring a few years ago. Jim was an avid Yankee fan. He enjoyed fishing, baseball, going on cruises, and listening to the Grateful Dead.
He's predeceased by his parents Mario and Mary Ellen (Michael) Calantoni.
Surviving is his fiancé Marlene Weinbrenner; his daughters Maryann Calantoni and her fiancé Don Volk of New Brunswick and Kimberly Inzano, and her husband Robert of Milltown; his granddaughter Cynthia Lynn of New Brunswick; his brother Mario Calantoni, and his wife Sin Young, of Whitter, CA; and his sisters Carol Calantoni of Milltown and Barbara, and her husband Eugene Harto of Dornsife, PA.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday October 17th, at 10:00 AM, at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 North Main Street-at Riva Ave., Milltown. Entombment will follow at Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick. Friends and relatives may call on Monday 2:00-4:00 pm and 6:00-8:00 pm, at the funeral home.
