Frances A. Vizzi, of Milltown, passed away Friday, June 24, 2022 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick. She was 83. Born in Brooklyn, NY, she lived in Monroe before moving to Milltown 47 years ago.
She was a police dispatcher for both Milltown and Highland Park Police Departments, before retiring in 2002.
She was avid Atlantic City reveler and getting her "free" gifts with her family. She was and a collector of porcelain dolls and a Marylin Monroe admirer. She was well known for making her gravy and having the family over for spaghetti dinners. She loved being outside, painting and spending time with her family making memories. One of her favorite holiday's was Christmas Eve with the 30-stockings hung with care on the mantle. Another favorite holiday Easter Saturday no matter what age she required you to be part of the easter egg hunt. Family was everything to her.
Surviving is her beloved husband of 59 years, Stephen V. Vizzi, Sr.; her six children Dawn DeLorenzo (Michael) of Ocean Gate, Stephen V. Vizzi, Jr. (Suzanne) of Spotswood, Lisa Marlow of Milltown, Kristine Vizzi of Milltown, Jacqueline Young (Adam) of Milltown and Francine Vizzi of Manahawkin; her sister Martha Hilinski-Pepe (Joe) of Little Egg Harbor; and a loving Nannie to Brandon, Stephen and Amanda DeLorenzo, Justin and Jonathan Vizzi, Christopher and Angela Marlow, Matthew, Vincent, Hannah & Timothy Young She was preceded by her parents Casmir Hilinski and Anna (Chechowa)
