Eileen Cummings

Eileen Cummings, formerly of Milltown, passed away Tuesday, May 21 2024, at home.  She was 82.   Born in New York, she was raised in Bergenfield NJ.  She lived in Milltown for over 30 years, before moving to Whiting NJ 16 years ago.

Eileen loved playing Bingo and going to Atlantic City.   Her family meant the world to her and she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She’s predeceased by her husband Frank Cummings (d. 2003), her parents Thomas and Alice (Roach) McClelland, her sister Marianne Graff, and her companion Thomas Prokop and his son TJ.

Surviving is her loving daughters and son-in-laws, Coleen and Chuck Bianco of Milltown and Kerri and Ron Frost of Milltown; her son Sean Cummings of Milltown; her grandchildren Ali and Charlie Bianco and Nicholas and Ryan Frost; her sister Margaret Colli of Ware MA; her in-laws Alice and Ray Swedeski of North Arlington and Gerry Paolello of Belleville; her extended family Eric and Darlene Prokop and  Steve and Jean Prokop and their daughter Amanda; and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation for friends and relatives will be held on Tuesday, May 28^th from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown.  A Blessing will be on Wednesday, 11:00 am at the funeral home.   Cremation will be private.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Milltown Rescue Squad, POB 308, Milltown 08850  You may sign the online condolence “guestbook” at www.crabiel.com
