Edward O. Allen, of East Brunswick, passed away Friday, April 12, 2019 at home. He was 78. Born in Kearney, NJ , he lived in East Brunswick and Woodbridge, before moving back to East Brunswick 12 years ago.
Before retiring, Ed worked for Merck in Rahway. He also was a member of the Teamster's Union at Merck.
He enjoyed reading and catching sun at the beach.
He's predeceased by his granddaughter Tina Allen (d. 2011).
Surviving is his son James Allen of North Brunswick; his daughter Stacy Allen of Old Bridge; and his grandchildren Tommy, Travis, Hunter and Dillon.
