Edith Everett-Colon, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on November 29, 2023. Born on June 8, 1949, Edith lived a rich and fulfilling life defined by her unwavering love and care for those around her.

Edith dedicated her career to working as a Legal Secretary, where she showcased her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. She approached her work with diligence and professionalism, gaining the respect and admiration of her colleagues and clients alike.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Edith's true essence was revealed through her loving and caring personality. She had an incredible ability to connect with people on a deep level, making everyone feel seen and heard. Her genuine compassion touched the lives of many and left an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her.

Outside of work, Edith found great joy in pursuing her passions. She was an active member of the Adult Drama Group of North Brunswick, where she displayed her talent for performing arts. Her vibrant energy lit up the stage as she brought characters to life with grace and authenticity. Additionally, Edith had a strong affinity for volunteering at the New Jersey Renaissance fair. Her dedication to community service was truly inspiring.

Edith's greatest source of pride and joy were her family members. She is survived by her loving sons, David Everett of North Brunswick and Wyatt Bibber of Trenton. Their devotion to their mother was unmatched, providing comfort and support throughout her life. Edith's grandson, Wyatt Bibber Jr., held a special place in her heart, bringing endless smiles to his grandmother's face.

She also leaves behind her brother John Henning of Florida. Despite the physical distance between them, their bond remained unbreakable. Edith cherished their sibling connection dearly.

In all aspects of life, Edith exemplified what it means to be compassionate and nurturing. Her kind spirit radiated warmth and comfort, making those around her feel safe and loved. Her legacy will continue to live on through the memories shared by loved ones and in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to cross paths with this extraordinary woman.
