Dr. Bipin Shah

Dr. Bipin Shah, of Montclair, passed away Monday, November 13, 2023 at home.  He was 86.  

Born in Gujarat India, he came to the United States in 1972. 

Dr. Shah was a beloved internist and primary care doctor in Montclair, for over four decades. He selflessly devoted his life to serving others. In addition to practicing medicine in Montclair he was instrumental in helping to create a hospital in Cambay India that provided a wide range of medical services to the poor. 

Surviving is his beloved wife, Ela (Sonpal) Shah, his son and daughter-in-law Dr. Dhwani and Amy Shah of Scotch Plains; his daughter and son-in-law Dr. Bindi Shah and Rohan Sukhdeo of Highland Park; four grandchildren Maanav, Mia, Deven, Kaya and a his sister Surverna Modi.

Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday, November 15th, 10:30 – 12:00 pm at Rosedale Crematory, 408 Orange Road, Montclair, NJ.
