Catherine M. Miani

Catherine M. Miani, formerly of Manhattan, passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 at Bridgeway Nursing Center in Hillsborough. She was 95.
Born in Manhattan, she lived there most of her life, before moving to Highland Park two years ago.
Catherine was a legal assistant for the Rockefeller Group in NYC, for 40 years, before retiring in 1995. She received her BS from Columbia University in New York City. She enjoyed going to the Showboat in Atlantic City with her sister Ann, reading the New York Times and going to The Met.
She's predeceased by her sister Ann Dvorak, and her brothers Joseph and Eugene Miani.
Surviving are her nieces and nephews: Lori Dvorak, John Lynch, Joseph Miani, John Miani and Eileen Normandeau.
A Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, November 16th, at 10:00 am, at St. Mary of Mt. Virgin RC Church, Remsen Avenue, New Brunswick. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Fairview.
