Carol Ann (Keller) Taryani, formerly of Milltown, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2026 at her home in West Creek, NJ. She was 87 years old. Born in New Brunswick, she was a 1957 graduate of New Brunswick High School. She lived in Milltown most of her life. Before moving to West Creek last year, she lived in Manahawkin for several years.

She was a secretary for the NJ Turnpike Authority, retiring after 17 years. She was Vice President of the Union at the NJ Turnpike.

While living in Milltown, Carol was very active in the community. She was President and Secretary of the Milltown Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary, President of the Milltown Jaycee-etts, President of the Milltown Democratic Social Club and was a Democratic Committeewoman for District 6, and past Chairwoman of the Milltown 4th of July Committee.

Most recently, she was President and Secretary of the Ocean Community Church RCWM in Manahawkin and Treasurer of the Stafford Township AARP Chapter 3995.

She is predeceased by her husband Robert Taryani (d. 2000), her sons Keith and Craig Taryani, and her parents DeWitt and Ella (Carrow) Keller.

Surviving is her loving daughter Lois B. Cutler of West Creek, her grandson Joseph Cutler (Alisa) of Little Egg Harbor, and her great grandchildren Simone, Humphrey and Heidi Cutler.

A Graveside service will be held on Friday, July 31st, 12:30 pm, at Van Liew Cemetery in North Brunswick. Arrangements are by The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown. You may sign the online condolence “guestbook” at www.crabiel.com
