Carol (Apicella) Prykanowski

Carol A. Prykanowski, of Hamilton Twp., passed away Thursday, May 28, 2020 at Castle Hill Nursing Home in Union City. She was 76.
Born in New Brunswick, she was raised in Milltown. She lived in Hightstown and Lawrenceville before moving to Hamilton Twp. in 2002.
Carol worked as a bookkeeper for Mercer County, for over 20 years, retiring in 2008. She was a member of the Red Hats Society, Single Volunteers, Hamilton Seniors and Nottingham Seniors.
Carol loved doing arts and crafts and socializing with friends. She enjoyed music and traveling, and especially loved the beach. But above all else, she loved being with her family most of all.
She's predeceased by her parents Dominick and Louise (Pernice) Apicella.
Surviving is her daughter Denise Prykanowski of Weehawken; her sons Thomas Prykanowski of Weston VA and Ronald Prykanowski of Torrence, CA; her sister Patricia Seabourne of East Brookfield, MA; and four grandchildren, Natalie, Emma, Sofia and Dominick.
A private Blessing will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd, at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown.
