Charles Wayne Michael, of Edison, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at home. He was 72.
Born in New Brunswick, he lived in Edison all of his life. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
Wayne was an electrician for over 50 years. He played softball and managed several "Over 50 years old" leagues in Middlesex and Monmouth Counties. He enjoyed fishing and dirt track racing.
He's predeceased by his wife Elaine (Curtis) Michael (d. 2010), and his parents Charles E. and Gladys (Tustin) Michael.
Surviving is his daughter and son-in-law Kelly and Keith Nonnemacher of Phillipsburg, his grandchildren Jordan, Camryn and Trevor, his brothers Bill, and his wife Lorraine Michael of Monroe, NC and Patrick Michael of Edison; and his nephew Kyle.
