Brenda Lynn Henderson

Brenda Lynn Henderson, of East Brunswick, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. She was 68 years old. Born in New Brunswick, she lived in Edison before moving to East Brunswick as a child. She lived in East Brunswick most of her life.

She worked for Eisner Accounting in NYC for 25 years. She retired from Price Waterhouse Coopers as an office manager, in 2001.

A teacher at heart, Brenda enjoyed volunteering for the East Brunswick schools. She was a people person and very friendly.

She is predeceased by her parents Donald and Marilyn (Segal) Falk, and her brother Kenneth Falk.

Surviving are her loving husband Jan Mark Henderson; her son Michael D. Henderson (Amanda) of East Brunswick, her step-son Jan Mark Henderson Jr. (Rosita) of Oxford NJ, her step-daughter Easter Leah Maximo (Al) of Somerset, her grandsons Noah James Henderson and Tyler Maximo, and her brother Steven Falk of South River.

A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 16th, 6:30 pm, at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm. Entombment will be private at Holmdel Cemetery. You may sign the online condolence “guestbook” at www.crabiel.com
