Ann L. Sabo

Ann L. Sabo, of Perth Amboy, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Raritan Bay Hospital in Old Bridge. She was 93. She was one of eight children born in Nanticoke, PA. She lived in Perth Amboy most of her life.

Before retiring she had worked in the Dietary department at Raritan Bay Hospital in Perth Amboy. Previously she had worked for Moser Jewel in Perth Amboy.

Ann was a parishioner of St. Michaels Byzantine Catholic Church in Perth Amboy. She was a member of The Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge and enjoyed crocheting, playing Bingo and going to Atlantic City.

She's predeceased by her husband Theodore Sabo (d. 1992), her daughter Margaret Ann, and her siblings Thomas, Anthony and Theodore Kaminski, Ruth Boyarski and Mary "Dolly" Cherr.

Surviving are her children Carol Sabo of Perth Amboy, Veronica Dios (Andy) of Fords, Theodore Sabo (Lisa) of Spotswood and Denise Sabo of Spotswood; her grandchildren Eric Dios, Heather Hackett, Kayla Sabo and Teddy Sabo; her great grandchildren Lily, Trenton, Grace and Andy; her sisters Eleanor Banks and Elizabeth Goodwin; and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Friends and relatives may call on Monday, July 25th, from 9:00 am – 11:00 am at The Crabiel Home for Funerals, 170 N Main St.-at Riva Avenue, Milltown. A Blessing will be held Monday 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery in Fords.
